Jen is home. Despite an early hiccup, her hospice care is in place, her nurses are taking very good care of her, and are focused on her comfort.
Yesterday was beautiful. Jen spent the afternoon out on our deck with her mom, sister and I. Jen slept but could feel the sun on her skin, breathe in the fresh air, and hear the light breeze passing through the trees (mixed with the sounds of nature and a bit of traffic off in the distance).
Friends came from places distant and near, and made her feel loved.
It was a beautiful day and a precious memory.
Love is everything. I’m so happy you’re all wrapped in it.
❤️
So happy she is finally home and enjoyed that precious day on her deck. 💕
