The new antibiotic is working. Since Jen switched from Keflex to Bactrim, her temp has been under control (never rising above 100).
Though Jen misses the pain relief, removing Anesthesiology’s catheter was the right call. The area along her abdomen is no longer tender or red. The hardness remains (extending outward about 3.5 inches), but Dr. Wodajo “thinks it will be fine.”
I continue to pray these issues that keep coming up will subside for a more even healing experience. Thank you for the updates for focused prayer for Jen’s needs.
